Today, I’m focused on empowering recruitment and healthcare companies to enhance their bid success and achieve sustainable growth through strategic guidance, training, and marketing development. Recognised with a lifetime achievement award by the REC, I’m proud to have made a meaningful impact across the recruitment landscape.

With over 40 years of experience in the private and public sectors, I bring a wealth of expertise in helping companies scale and secure winning bids. As the founder of three recruitment firms, including Primesourcing Ltd., I’ve built and led high-performing teams and driven growth across recruitment and IT. I’ve overseen multi-million-pound revenues, managed extensive contractor programs, and developed impactful marketing and service strategies.

Chris Wallbank

Chris has enjoyed a 33-year career in the recruitment/staffing industry, with domestic and overseas experience in roles covering business development, key account management, country/regional management, and bid/tender team management.

In his last two, full-time positions, Chris managed the bid team for Randstad UK and latterly worked for 10 years as Bid Manager for the global SThree Group, successfully delivering winning proposals to customers worldwide, in sectors including information technology, life sciences, banking/financial services, engineering, central/local government, healthcare/NHS and energy & natural resources.
